It shows please wait when connecting to square account

    Hello, I have been trying to connect my square account with Jotform. Everytimr I login it says “successfully logged into square, please wait” and then it just has a loading circle and never does anything.

    I’m not sure what I should do. If there is something I am missing please let me know.

    Hi Lidsey Olsen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared. Can you please make sure you are logged into your Square account before you try to connect your Jotform with the Square integration and choose the correct mode? You can choose test and live modes when you integrate.

    Can you also make sure your internet connection is not interrupted when you try again? If possible, use a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or the incognito mode of Google Chrome. When I cloned and tested your Flower Arrangement Subscription Form using my Square test account, I could not replicate an issue. Let me share the screencast below:
