I have a form that I am building with a question, that if answered needs to direct to a Google Form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfltEIyH4-ODLPbngF5Tg5FMMGUcgGuSSGHDOIrYVdakxYpLw/viewform
Is this possible with a widget or embed frame? Or something?

Yes, that is possible. You can use the iFrame Embed Widget. Here's the link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed
After that, you need a condition that will only show the iFrame Embed widget based on the answer to the question. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
Another way is to just redirect the user to another page after submitting the form. Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition
I hope this helps. If you need further help, please contact us again.
