Issues submitting the form.

    Good afternoon,

    A few of our staff have reported that sometimes Jotforms do not get saved when submitted. Our employees stated that they have taken photos and input data but when they try to submit the form the website will say it was unable to be sent. After that the form is deleted and we are forced to start al l over again. Is there any way for us to track this problem to find why it could be happening? Any help on the situation will be helpful.

Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Also, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

    As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms, this normally fixes temporary issues.
