Can I change the form's URL to the form name?

    Hi Tinkertown,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, do you want to use a custom slug instead of the form ID for your form URL? If so, you can create a custom URL for your form and add your form name at the end of the URL, along with your Jotform username. Please note that the form URL has the following structure:

    https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug}

    In addition, the original form URL works regardless of slug or username changes, but changing your username invalidates all custom form URLs with your old username. Here's how to give your form a custom URL:

    1. Click Publish in Form Builder.
    2. Select the Pencil icon next to your form’s link under the Share With Link section.
    3. Enter your desired URL slug, then click the Apply button.

    You can now share your form using your custom URL. Select the Reset button under the Share with Link section if you want to delete your custom URL. Check out my screenshot below:
