Hello,
Its saying i've reached my allocated quota. Even though i've purged all old submissions and attachments. How do I get rid of these to re-open my jotform and make it accessible to my sales reps.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're having trouble with this. I have recalculated your account usage and cleared your form cache. The overlimit status is no longer showing in your account and I can see that the forms are now active.
