What happens with my form's data when I delete my Jotform account? Can I completely delete it?

Please let me know what happens to my form submissions once I delete / deactivate my Jotform account. Can that data be completely erased from your servers if requested?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, once you delete your account, all its data will be purged or permanently removed from our system after 30 days. Let me help you do it:

• On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar at the top right corner of your screen.
• Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.

• On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.

• Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.

• After that, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
