Form cannot be completed

    I am a small business, selling superfood product, when my clients fill out the form it says, 'please wait', I never had this problem before. I copied my link again, but to no avail. Please help asap.

    Hi Royal_sales, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Elements menu and go to the Payments tab.
    2. Click on PayPal Business and choose Switch to another gateway.
    3. Choose any payment gateway and click on the Use Selection button.
    4. Then, click on the Ok button.

    Once you've done that, change the payment gateway again to PayPal Business and connect the form.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks, I tried cloning a new form and deleted the products...and went back to reconnect to the gateway...I will check again. Thanks for your prompt response.

    So what was actually the frozen aspect of the form?

    Thanks for getting back to us. The workaround that I detailed earlier addresses the issue with the payment field, which causes your form to be stuck on submit.

    I must have deleted, as I was concurrently trying to create a 'clone form'. Please advise and help...thanks!

    Hi Royal_sales, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account, and it appears that there are only two forms on it. If you make changes to the same form, you can use it again. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    That is correct, I am having trouble when client clicks on the submit button and it says, please wait. The previous rep was able to clone the form, however, it seems it was deleted. I had a selected link, yet is seems it was deleted when I tried to also clone the form. I will try again with the Paypal integrations and will reach out if I am still having problems.

    Another question, am I able to edit the form link in order to have this form work with my website. Thank you in advance.

    So this is what I found out. Using PayPal personal works and it will not freeze. However, I have a Paypal Business account...I tried both and the only one that works with your Jotform is PayPal personal vs. PayPal Business.
