Why can't I login to my account???

Your account has been suspended due to violation of terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use
"Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."
If you want to have your account reactivated, we will need to delete those fields first.

Okay, sorry I did not know. I will delete them as soon as I can access my forms again

I have removed the guilty fields and activated your account back to good status.
If you want to collect payments, please create an Order Form to avoid getting suspended.
