Hello Diane,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you would like to remove the form on the person that you use to assign your forms to, you can revoke their access to your form. It's easy, let me show you how:
- On the orange navigation toolbar, go to the Publish tab.
- You will see the users you granted access on the Invited By Email.
- Click on the added users and then click the Three Dots icon.
- Click the Revoke User to revoke other user's access to your form.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

What I mean is, when a form has been assigned to a user, all submittions on their end I'd like removed from their end so they can not view what they've submitted, can this be done?

Hello Diane,
Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. If your form assignees have completed an assigned form, they can view the form submissions in the sent box. This is where it is found:
As soon as you revoke access to your form assignees, this form is automatically removed from their assigned forms folder, and they no longer have the option to view their submissions.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello Diane,
Thanks for getting back to us. Did you want to allow them access to their form submissions but want the submissions deleted after a set period of time? If so, it is not possible. It's either you give them access to their form submissions or none at all.
You can allow people to fill out your form without granting them access to their form submissions. First, revoke their access to your form, second, ensure that your form does not have an Autoresponder, so that form submissions are not sent to their email address. Just send them a link to your form and wait for them to fill it out. Let me show you where to find the link to your form:
- While on the Form Builder, click the Publish button.
- Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your Form URL.
We also have a guide about Where to Find Your Form URL that you can check out.
