I am trying to downgrade to Bronze but it's hung up in computer also we are a non profit orginization is there a didcount for that?

    I paid for the upgrade to silver on April 1. $39.00

    A credit was given for the value of the remaining time on your Silver subscription.  After the cost of the Bronze subscription, there is a leftover credit of $14.91.  That credit will be used for any further charges:

    I apologize for the confusion but I did not downgrade to Bronze I want the Silver as we will receive more than 10 orders a month. On April 1st I paid $39.00 for the Silver Invoice Number 20180910856

    Since the subscription was already changed to Bronze, it would be necessary to change back to Silver if that is the subscription you want.  The remaining credit as well as the value of the time remaining on your Bronze subscription will be applied towards the new Silver subscription.

    Yes, please change it back we need to be able to receive more than what the Bronze requires. Thank you

    All that needs to be done is to switch to the desired subscription via the billing page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Our system will automatically apply the credit.
