How can I provide a summary to the respondent after form submission?

    i have a form built already and i need to have a summary page after submission, how do i implement that option ?

    You can utilize the THANK YOU PAGE for this task. After submission, your users are presented with a thank you message. This message can be customized to show a summary of the user's submission by adding FORM FIELDS to it.
