Thanks the reply, I have already solve the issues and upgrade my account. But I'm using my another account. Can the all the data and form in ecompalindo.monitoring@gmail.com moved to agusindratno71@gmail.com

Hi Agus,
Yes, we can transfer the forms for you, including the form submissions; however, you will need to make the request from the account where the forms are located. Please open a transfer request ticket from your ecompalindo.monitoring@gmail.com account. You will also need to provide us with the form URLs and the email of the target account.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
