How can I print a complete form including 'upload file' questions and buttons?

Hi there, I developed a form, next I need to print it out to share with my team and file it. I have tried the 'Create PDF Form' function. It worked fine basically except all 'Upload File' questions and buttons were not included in the PDF document. I also tried printing it directly from Chrome and IE browser, it wasn't successful as well. The Chrome can only print the first page and IE can only print a blank page.

I have read several Q&A topics in this support section but none of them solves my question. Could you help someone help me sort it out? Thanks a lot!

If you are looking to print the form as it looks online with users data in it, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data

Thanks David, but I actually want to print a plain form for desk review and for record keeping. Is there a way to do that?

You can add a print button to your form and print a blank form.
