Wix site: mobile form jumps around while entering data in fields

Hi there,

The desktop version of my form works well, but when entering data on a mobile phone, the field jumps around where you can't see what you're entering.  You have to scroll back to see it.  I'm not sure how to fix that.

I have tested your form using an Android phone and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Could you please provide us the details about the mobile phone (OS type and version, the browser you have used) that the issue encountered?

I tested your form on iPhone 7 but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, I was able to fill the form properly and I didn't notice any jumping.

I tested on Safari and on Chrome.

My iPhone is on 11.2.6 though.

Then I tested on iPhone 7+, which is on 11.3, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue there either.

Is the form embedded by any chance?

Yes, it is embedded. I tried the Wix code and the iFrame embed and it’s still happening.

As far as I understand, you have tried the embedding method which is described at the following guide: Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

I have tested the page you shared on my iPnone and I can't see any issues with the form. But, I suppose if to start filling out the form when the page is not fully loaded, some skips can be noticed. Unfortunately, this is not something we can fix for you. All I can recommend is to make your site a bit lighter, so it could load faster via mobile devices. For example, you can resize the images used. 

As far as I know, there is also an option to adjust the mobile view for your site at Wix:

You could hide elements, which are not necessary for mobile view.
