Notification Email: How to send notification email to multiple addresses?

Hello I was curious as to if your platform has the ability once a form is submitted to auto send the fields to a certain or multiple email adresses. IE so they can get directly notified when certain fields are filled out

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Starter (Free) accounts can only add one notification email template with one recipient in a form. Paid accounts can add multiple email templates with multiple recipients, but Jotform recommends adding up to 10 recipients per template only.

Once your account has been upgraded you can now send Notification Emails to more than one person. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:

The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
• Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.

The second way is to add a new Notification Email:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

• Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
• Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can’t see each other's email addresses.
