Forgot Password but reset password link does not come through

    Hi there,

    My account user email is hangu.lie@costain.com

    I have requested to reset my password but the link still does not come through to my mailbox.

    Not sure if it is my company security network blocking it.

    Are you able to help?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. It seems that your account was deleted. If you'd like we can reactivate your account and then you can login to it after resetting your password.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I reactivated your account. You can login to your account after you Reset Your Jotform Password.
