Hello, the form below had almost 200 photo uploads in that were using up all our space. We don't need the submissions anymore so I deleted all the submissions in hopes of freeing up space but it is still showing as almost full. How do we purge these uploads from our account so that we have our space back or does it just take a little time? See screenshot and link to form (now closed) for more information.

Hi jaseniors2024,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can free up the Upload Space by permanently deleting or purging the trash submission. Let me show you how:
- In Tables, click the 3 dots beside the form.
- Select the Trashed Entries and the pop-up window appears.
- Click the Select All check box, and click the Delete Forever button.
- Then, click Delete.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Ok, perfect. I did just that. Screenshot attached. And logged out and back in and still am not seeing a reduction in the storage #. 2nd screenshot on that below. Any ideas on that?
**Unrelated question, what software/tool do y'all use for screen recording and sharing like you did above? It is so clean and I need something like that for my clients! -

Hi jaseniors2024,
Thanks for getting back to us. I manually recalculated your Upload space and it shows 336.09 MB / 1.00 GB it means that the upload submission you permanently deleted reflects in your Upload Space.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
