I am looking to use the picture attached to check off dates that our employees have completed those tasks. What would you recommend as the easiest method?

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you looking for a better form element that you can use to track the completed task of your employees? If yes, you can try to use input table. Let me show you how it would look like using it.

To do that, you can use the Input Table. Let me show you how:

    • In your Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
