I just clone a phone that included IP addresses but when I just did a test submission I saw everything except the IP address? Why? and How can I ensure that it is included?

Please make sure that the IP address option in the Submissions page is enabled on the cloned form. Here's how:
In the Submissions page, please click the "Options" icon and enable the "IP" option. After that, click the "Options" icon again to save the changes.
