Unable to sign up with Jotform

Does this application have to have a google sign on or a Facebook sign on because I have neither,

Hi Kim,

Thanks for getting back to us. Jotform still allows you to sign up without needing a Google or Facebook account. Simply select the option at the bottom to input your information, particularly your email address, and create a strong password.
