Change username

Can I change my username?

Users are not allowed to change usernames, We supports, how ever should change your username per your request.

I have checked your account and I have seen that your account is Bronze Monthly subscription paying via PayPal. We cannot change your username directly in order to avoid any possible confusion regarding your payments.

If you need to change your username, please downgrade your account to Free plan and then let us now which username you should upgrade your account again.
