Jotform Embed to Facebook Troubleshooting

I tried to embed a jotform to a Facebook page, and I get an error message saying

"This page does not have permission to install the custom tab"   How do I correct this? Are there only certain kinds of FB pages you can embed forms on and others you cannot?

If so, which ones?
