email notifications change every time

when I create a form and publish it, then when the user fills out the form and hits submit, can the form prompt them what email address to send the contents of the form to, and the user fills it out their email address and the form gets sent to them?

so basically the email notification changes every time the form is submitted.

Please let me know if this is possible under JotForm.

    Thanks,

    North Orange Team

    Hi northorangecc,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I am understanding you correctly, you want to add an option for the form submitters to be asked on which email they want to get the submission notification.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Yes, that is correct. The users will specific the email, and not me. Is that possible with JotForm?

    Hi Northorangecc,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. You can set up an Autoresponder Email, so your users will get emails after they fill out the form. And the email that they will put in the email field will be the one that will receive a copy of what they filled up in the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
