How to collaborate on a form?

I'm unable to make a collaboration request as it gives me an error. I have attached the screenshot. Pls help

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Would you like to gain access to the Form Builder page of the form? If yes, then you need to ask the form owner to share with you the collaborator link. Let me show you how to do it:

First, take note that this can only be done under the form owner account.

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators on the upper right part of the page, and click on Copy Link.

Now, the form owner can share that link to you, so you can access the Form Builder page.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

I messaged Fujifilm CA on their Instagram page

there is any scholarship for photographers to upgrade their handle to
Fujifilm and collaborate.
They provided me this link:
https://form.jotform.com/fujicanada/collaboration-request.
However it's not working for me and it gives me the error which I send to
you as in screenshot.
I would like to know more details about it please.

Please make sure you're entering the correct link. If the issue persists, you can reach out to the form owner so they can send you an updated link.
