Getting “Error while printing pdf” message on my forms

    “Error while printing pdf” message for all forms from midday yesterday til present. Are there any solutions or is there a glitch?

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You mentioned that you're getting an error on all your forms, but I checked your account and see that you only have one form, Sky Warranty Request Form. Do you have forms on other Jotform accounts that are having the same issue? Please let us know the form URLs of the other forms so we can look into them as well.

    Also, can you let us know where are you getting that error message? Do you see that error message when viewing the form, in the Form Builder, or when viewing the submissions? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thank you for the quick response. I use the 1 form for all my appointments. I generated only 1 form.

    Just noticed that I’m able to print the pdf forms, now. If you did something, thank you.
