Custom Data to Contract Form?

    Hello,

    We are building work contracts in JotForm. For some clients, we want to include a monthly rate in their contract that varies by client. Is there a streamlined way to create a field that can be updated for each contract without manually duplicating the form and changing it for each client? Can we collect all the results of each contract into one shared folder?

    The screenshot included shows a highlighted section within our JotForm contract we would like to customize for each client.

    Hi Dani,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Show/Hide Fields condition to show a specific Monthly Fee section/field based on the user's answer. With this, all contracts will be added to single form Tables.
