How to cancel/delete my Jotform account?

Hi,

I don't want to downgrade to free starter. I want to CANCEL my subscription.

Please CANCEL / delete my subscription and email me a confirmation about the cancelation.

Hi Jan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I saw it is under the Starter(Free) plan. Therefore, there is no subscription to cancel. However, if you're referring to your other account, here's how you can cancel your account subscription:

• Hover over to your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
• On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
• Click on the Billing tab on the left panel.
• Click on the Change Plan button.

Lastly, select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen. After confirming the cancellation, your subscription will no longer be billed on the next billing date. Although there will be no further billing charges after the cancellation, your account will remain in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan for the period you paid for. Your subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan on the date of its expiration (usually on the next billing date).

Dear Rene / Support team.
as I stated before, I know I am on starter plan.
I would like you to delete our “starter” account / subscription, as we don’t want to receive any advertising and / or promotional material and I certainly don’t want to be accidentally moved to any other plan.

Please don’t try to tell me that your company is not able to delete someone’s login details.

Hi Jan,

I'm sorry for the confusion. You can easily delete your account from your account profile. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Hover over to your account Avatar located on the upper right side of the page.
2. On the dropdown menu, click on your Profile Picture.
3. Next, scroll down to the bottom and then click the Delete My Account link.

4. On the modal screen, click on the Yes, Delete button.

5. Next, enter your account password and then click the Verify button.

Please note that if you used Google or Facebook to register and don’t have a dedicated Jotform password or if you forgot your password, you can get a new one by resetting your Jotform password.

6. Finally, click on the Delete My Account button to delete the account.
