Upgrade to Jotform Enterprise

    We sent a request and enquirer that we need to chane the url to our domain, its says we need to contact the sales,, we did the application and no one contacted us .. kindly advise,


    please contacu me withen 24hrs or i will be sorry to cancel the subscription.

    i already subscribed with bronz package, i need to change the branding from jotform to my domain and logos.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that you haven’t heard back from the Enterprise Sales Team even though you filled out the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request. I’ve gone ahead and contacted the Enterprise Sales Team and informed them about this, so someone should be contacting you shortly. 

    In the meantime, please search your entire email inbox for any messages originating from a Jotform.com domain, as the message could have been filed under your spam or junk folders.

    Hi Mohamed,

    Please confirm if you used the email address info@lifepulse.bh to fill and submit this Enterprise sales form. If not, what was the email address that you used to submit this form and on which date did you submit this form?

    Can you also provide us your location - country and state? We can then forward your request to our concerned sales team.
