Record of who I sent the forms to

Is there a log of who i have sent a form to?  Someone said she completed the form I sent, but it isn't showing up anywhere!  How do I know when someone completes a form?

The email you sent containing the link to the form and the email notification/autoresponder sent when your form gets successfully submitted are being logged in your accounts Email History page — How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

So I just tested this again. I sent an email to my husband from jotform with the link the form to fill out. It shows up on his end just fine. It is no where to be found though in my email history as you stated below.
In addition, I have had 2 forms submitted and neither are showing on the submissions page.

To clarify, you sent your form via email but did not receive any submissions?

I have checked your form "Safe in the Seat Consultation" and found that it has no submissions.

It could have been that your clients/users did not finish submitting your form, that is why you are not receiving any email notifications.

Please try to test a submission, and let us know how it goes.
