Not receiving submissions to the second form that was set to load after submitting the first form.

I cloned a JotForm and changed the email, but I am only getting part 1. With this JotForm there are 2 parts to submit. Part 2 is not going to me and I can't find where to fix this.

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found out that the second form that was set to load after submitting the first form is associated to another account, which I believe is the owner of the cloned form. It's really easy to fix. You just need to clone that form and replace the URL set on the Thank You page. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Click on the Thank You Page tab.

    3. Under the Enter URL box. Copy the URL.

4.Clone the form using the URL you copied.

    • Make sure first to ask the form owner's permission and access to clone the form
    • Click on the Create Form button.
    • Click on the Import Form from the options.
    • Select From the Web Page option.
    • Paste the URL, then click the Create Form button.

    5. After you cloned the form, follow steps 1 and 2.

    6. Under the Enter URL box, Paste the cloned form URL.
