Guest Account: Unable to login

    Good morning,

    I reset my password yesterday and attempted to log back in using the new password. I did get an email confirmation that Password for your account guest_092afc0cd636f76e was changed. I tried to log in several times with the new password but get a message. Login failed - Email or password did not match. After it said I reached the max log in attempts and to try again later. So, I tried again this morning and still can't access my account. Can you please assist me?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is. I checked your account, and it appears that it's under a Guest account. Please be reminded that Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You can use the same email address you did for your Guest account and use it to create our Starter account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.

    I see. I have another account that I use for Work purposes that uses a different email address. I saw an email from your organization that I believed said that 2-factor authentication will be required soon. The real reason I am trying to access this account is to switch over my other account to this email address when I do so, it says that that an account is already associated with that email. I wanted to get access so I can delete this account michaelm@goodhueboat.com is that something that you can do on your end? It won't let me change the account that way.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties updating the email address. It looks like you've got another active account, for which you wish to update the email address to michaelm@goodhueboat.com. I checked this email address and found that it is associated with a guest account. I freed the email address and deleted the guest accounts that were being created. Can you please try changing the email address following the steps outlined in this guide to see if it makes any difference?
