Monthly form submission usage did not reset

It doesn't look like my monthly for submission count has reset for may. It just says that it will reset on June 1.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your account usage and see that they're below your account limits. Your forms are active and can receive submissions as well.

I know that I am below but it is a new month and it is showing that there are 66 form submissions on there, that are from last month

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account usage monthly limits and it shows that currently you have 1 / 100 available submissions. Sometimes, it might take some time until the updates take place.
