Form jumps on Submit

    Hi,

I've seen several threads in this forum from several years back relating to the issue of the form jumping to either the top of the page or the bottom of the page upon Submit.

I can't seem to find a solution in any of those threads... Has there been discovered a fix for this issue?

I am using a rather long form in the middle of a longer page and when you hit submit it jumps to the bottom using the script embed and it jumps to the top on the iframe embed. (The URL I've provided has the form in an accordion. I've tried to put it out of the accordion and it does the same thing.)

I need it to jump to the top of where the form started so people can see the thank you page... How would I do this? Would it be possible to somehow set a form id at the begnnning of the form and use it as an anchor point and on submit go to url: www.example.com/samepage#achorpoint?

    Thank you,

    -silver

I checked the links you provided and I did not see any embedded JotForm.

    http://www.example.com/samepage#achorpoint?

I also cannot see the other link, it says "This domain is established to be used for illustrative examples in documents" message.

Could you please provide the website where the form is embedded so we can investigate it further?

Also, your idea will work. You can redirect the user to another page after submitting the form. Please follow this guide: Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
