How to change PDF filename to the name of the recipient?

Is there a way to change the name of files so that they are saved as the customer name? Right now it's all jibberis.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the PDF attachment's filename? If so, it's easy to change it. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the app selector panel in the top-left corner of the page and select PDF Editor.
2. In the PDF Editor page, click on the gear icon at the right part of the page to open the PDF Settings.
3. Under the PDF File Name, click on the pencil icon. This will give you the option to click Form Fields and choose which field in your form would you like to use as the filename. 
4. Choose the name field on your form and click on Save as Template to complete the process.
