Is it possible to Autopopulate a form?

- The URL of the jotform form will be added on the mailings : But is it possible for you to retrieve specific information through the URL (Autopopulation) as the reservation number, surname, first name, mail ... etc? If yes, the solution is possible with what emailing solution ?

If I understood correctly, you want to prepopulate your form.

This case is for specific name. But is it possible if we want to
prepopulate URL through automation mail when the mails are send aon

Yes, that's also possible in the email notification. You just have to use the field names e.g. {name} as part of your URL. They will be populated with the real value once it is sent to your email.
