With the Free version, is there a maximum number of email recipients that the submission can be emailed to?

Unfortunately, multiple recipients feature is only available to paid users. There's also a limit of 10 recipients per Notification and 2 for Autoresponders. You would need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.
