I'm using JotForm and I've just been reported that my agents cannot see the attachment from the customer, even when customer confirmed that she attached file already.
How can I fix this?

Could you share related form ID and submission details with us?
Please note that; if you delete a field from your form, related data in the submissions will be removed, too. However, you can restore them via Form Revision History.
If you can provide us more details, we can check the problem further.
