Will I receive notification email for incomplete payment/submission?

    I have a form and I had my boyfriend test it out to see if everything works. I have my PayPal personal integrated with the form. It is currently showing the payment as pending in PayPal and the payment can't be received until my PayPal is verified. I also have not received the completed form through Jotform, and it says there are zero submissions. Will I get the form once my PayPal is verified and the payment goes through and is no longer pending?

    Hi Lillian,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked both your forms and see that the Notification Emails are set up correctly. However, there are no completed submissions yet. If the payment was not completed, the submission is not considered complete, which means that the notification emails will not be triggered. As soon as the submission is completed to your form, including its payment (if any), the email notification will trigger which your email will receive.
