Unable to download submission.

    Hi, when downloading the latest form that's been submitted, it won't allow me to do it. This message is popping up...

    Error while creating submission PDF on Inbox.
    PDF Details: null [500]

    I thought it may be to do with limits on my free starter account, but I only have 5 forms (not 6), am only at 407 forms in total submitted (and when I deleted some it didn't fix things), and all the other gauges are way down.

    Is there an issue at our end that we can fix, or is this a problem we need you to solve?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. Is it happening in all submissions? If not, can you provide me the submission ID of the affected submission? Also, can you send us a screenshot of what is happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

    As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms. This normally fixes temporary issues.
