The texts in the STATUS column using a widget do not appear anymore.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see in your submission table that in the column Status, some entries are displaying the following value:

And, when opening the related entries, this value for the Status field makes the widget displaying a blank field.
Are you referring to this? If your inquiry is not related to this, can you provide us with more details, such as a submission ID where the data for the Status field is not appearing? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
