Hello:
I have created a form but the default name is "New Customer Form", how do I change that as we are inviting people to a FREE event for folks who are not currently customers, besides we use the term "Client"?

- Under Form Settings, click Show More Options.
- Scroll down to Page Title and enter your preferred title.
That's it. Here are the results:

Hi Derrick,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I just tested your form by sharing (did not post) it on my LinkedIn account. The correct Page Title is showing which is "FREE 90 Min CLOSING & CONVERSION MASTERY". Here's a screenshot of it:
Can you please reload the page and try again? If the issue persists, can you share a screenshot of the form having the wrong page title? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum.
