    Is there a way to have all the submission info added to the task description rather than needing to create fields in ClickUp?

    Hi 3manfactory,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you are trying to integrate your form to ClickUp, you will be asked to choose an action that will occur when your form is submitted. If you select Create a task, every time you submit the form, it will create a task to ClickUp. But you can map each field on your form to your click up task fields. You can add an element to your form that you can map into the description field on your ClickUp task. Please see this example below:
