After I publish my form, I copy the embed code and paste it to my website. When I test it, the link takes the user to the TABLE, not the FORM

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Can you please provide us with the Form URL you are referring to along with the URL of the website where the form is embedded and I can take a look at what's going on? Also can you please let us know exactly which embed code you are using? Meanwhile can you please ensure you have used the correct embed code? Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
    • That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for getting back to us. I can see that you're trying to embed the form using JavaScript. Can you try using iFrame instead and see how it goes? This is the most recommended method when embedding a form to a website. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the top-orange navigation bar, go to Publish.
    2. In the left panel, click on Embed, and choose iFrame.
    3. Click on the Copy Code button and embed it to your site.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for patiently waiting. We appreciate it. I checked the embed form on your website, and I replicated the issue. After investigating, I found that the "Get Your Ticket" link is not a form embed, but the link to your tables. Embedded form is redirecting to submission tables Screenshot 30
From the screenshot above, please replace the highlighted links with the arrows with the URL of your form. Let me show you where to find that:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. From Quick Share, under Share With Link, click on Copy link.Embedded form is redirecting to submission tables Screenshot 41

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Jennifer,

It seems you're not the one who linked the tables on your website. You may reach out to your web developer to update your website's code and link the form instead.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi again Jennifer,

Just in case you're familiar with your website's code, you can look for the code below and just change the href's value to your form's URL.
