    Hi Jimese,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, importing Word documents is currently not available. As a workaround, you can convert your Word document to PDF. Once it is saved as a PDF, you can create a Jotfrom Smart PDF form. Let me show you How to Import Your PDF With Smart PDF Forms.

    1. On the My Forms page, click the Create Form button from the top left.

    2. Select Import Form on the opening Create a Form page.

    3. Select Import PDF form on the "Import Form" page. This will lead you to the Form Builder page

    4. Click Upload Document and select the PDF file from your computer. An online form will be automatically created from your PDF file.
