PDF Customization

    Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to permanently customize a .pdf that is generated by a form I created. What I'm seeing is that if I want the .pdf to look different than the standard .pdf that Jotform creates, I have to do it manually for every submission.

    Thank you,

    Matthew Krebs

    Hi Matthew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can customize your PDF in PDF Editor. Here's how to do it.

    1. On My Forms, hover over your form.
    2. Click on More.
    3. Click on Create PDF Document or, if you already have an existing PDF document, Open PDF Editor.

Here you can customize your PDF. You can also check out this guide on How to Customize Your PDF Submission Report.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.. So, just to be clear, when I do that, it will save that customization for every submission for that form.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Matthew,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, that is correct. Once you customize your PDF, all the submissions in that form will follow the same format.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
