I'm wondering if there is a way so the user of the form doesn't have to go into jotform after approving or denying? we like this option but we have to make it easier on the user somehow by not having to go into jotform.
it's setup to get an email that shows the below first
then it takes me to jotform and the below wiggles to get my attention
then it wants me to comment, even if I approve.

Hi SI_Tech,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please make sure to turn off the Require Login for Approver and Require Comments options on your Approval Flow. Let me show you how to do it:
- In your Approval flow, hover on the Approval step and click on the Gear Icon to open Approval Settings.
- Under the General tab, turn off the toggle for Require Login for Approver option.
- Under the Advanced tab, turn off the toggle for Require Comments option.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check that out here, and I will answer your question there shortly.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.
