Error in the Blank and Signature field

    Hi, I'm getting this error again. This time, it is either with the Fill in the Blank field or the Signature field. Here's the form: https://form.jotform.com/233414727198058. Can you help me figure out why this is happening?

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having issues with one of your forms again. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Hi, did you look at the original thread that this message was in response to? It details exactly what the issue is- with the DIGEST EMAIL, that is coming to my inbox with the same error. Please check that out, and then let me know why it might be happening now.

    Hi craddock,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please create another digest email for the form Jotform Sign Test? If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of it. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hi, I received another digest email with the same error. There are only two fields on my digest email: a fill in the blank and a signature field. This is a test form and I don't care about any of the other fields.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it with Digest Email but I am not able to replicate the issue. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    Have you tried to remove the Diget Email and then add a new one on the form as advised by my colleague in last reply? If not, please go ahead and try it and see how it goes. If the issue persist after that let us know and we can investigate this further.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi, yes, this was a new digest report, created as advised by your colleague in the last reply. Can you try customizing the digest email so that the ONLY fields are the fill in the blank and the signature? That's all I need in my digest, and this is what's causing the error.
