Some of the form fields aren't showing on live mode

Hi on my form I ask a series of questions but when I copy and paste the link it doesn’t show all the questions how can I make it as though all the questions are being answered for the questionnaire

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Aside from the personal information fields, there are only two Multiple Choice fields on your form with a few options. One of the two Multiple Choice fields is connected to a Show/Hide Field conditional logic, which is configured to only show the Female-related Multiple Choice field if the selected gender is Female, as seen in the screenshots below:

If you want to show all the fields when the form is accessed, here's how to delete the condition:

1. Go to the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
2. Select Conditions from the left panel.
3. Hover your mouse over the Gender-related condition.
4. Click on the Gear icon.
5. Click on the Delete option to delete it.
