Bounce List: Notification Email not working

    Hello,

    Form 231912277747160 is experiencing some autorespond issues. IT was working fine on April 23 but stopped sending to jdamico@bcps.org on April 25. The settings seem to be fine and nothing in the form was changed between these dates. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

    Hi owingsmillshigh,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, jdamico@bcps.org & tmoses@bcps.org are on the bounce list. We have already removed the email addresses from the bounce list. Also, I can guide you on How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List. Let me show you how:

    Click on your Avatar on the right side of the screen.

    1. Select Settings in the dropdown.
    2. Scroll down to Bounce List.
    3. Enter the email address you want to check.
    4. Click on Remove if it is in the Bounce list.Email addresses are in the bounce list Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

    After removing your email address from the bounce list, you should start receiving emails again.

    Thank you! Things seem to be working fine now and if this happens again, I know how to try to fix it :-)
