Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that subscriptions are subject to auto-renewal. To avoid being charged continuously, cancel the subscription by downgrading back to free. Let me show you how:

1. On the My forms page, click avatar in the top-right corner of the page and select Settings :
2. Next, go to the billing section of the settings and click the Change Plan button :
3. Finally, choose the Free tier by clicking the Downgrade button:
